SL here we come!

I am heading to Salt Lake in about 20 minutes. Besides the one day trip we took to Morgan, UT I have not been to Salk Lake since last Christmas. I am very excited. Sam, Brooklyn and I are going down to stay with Mom and Dad. My sister Amber is having a baby and I am hosting a baby shower for her. Then I am staying until Thanksgiving, to make blankets or whatever Amber wants for the baby and to Shop and hang out with my Mom! It will be fun. I get to sleep in everyday, go out to eat and I don't have to clean house everyday!!! I hope the weather is sunny and warm and the shopping is great!

Sam and "D"

Brooklyn has always called Davis "D" so thus the tittle. Anyone who knows Davis knows about his constant drawing and creating. He is always making football play books, comic strips, or drawing random pictures. Well today he had the crazy idea that he was going to make a helicopter. He is pretty proud of it.This is the little tiny man that rides inside of the helicopter with his computer.

This is the little tiny mans flat screen T.V. and remote control. He is watching a football game (of course) and the officials are saying, "it's good" referring to the field goal. He is such a funny little boy. He had a great time making it and he can not wait to show it to Devan and Willy. He also wanted to show his aunts and his Gma and Gpa and Nana and Papa, so that is why I put it on the blog. Enjoy.

Sam all ready fits into this adorable little church outfit. I bought it for him at TJ Max. I just love it and I think it is so sweet. Willy hates the hat and every time he wears it to church he takes it off, but I think it is really cute.

What's going on?

You might ask us. Well I will tell you what is going on at the Berry house.

Sam is growing and growing. I have told him to stop but he just keeps growing. He is soooo cute. He smiles and coos and talks to anyone that will talk back. I have been putting him on his tummy a lot and he holds his head up so well.Brooklyn has been playing dress up with Ro, her favorite cousin.

She also has been letting me do her hair. I only have to force it a little. I love her little pigtails.

She has also been playing hard. Notice the nice bruise in the center of her forehead. She has hit the same spot 3 times. She is such a tough little girl.

Sam has become a finger sucker. He is the only one of my children to do this and I think it is hilarious! I especially like this finger position.

I wish I had some great pictures of my boys but I don't. They are gone all day to school and then to basketball practice. I will try to get some action shots of the games. We are going to Idaho Falls every Saturday for basketball games. It is kinda fun not only to watch my boys play ball but just to hang out, go shopping, and eat out.
So I think, no news is good news. And that's about it for now.

Teach Me

Ok. I still don't get this blog thing. I want to know how to track other blogs. I have seen it on many of your blogs but can't figure it out for myself. Over to the side under the blog name it tells you when they last posted. I just don't know how to get my blog to do this. So if you can tell me how to do it leave me a comment! Thanks.

Happy Halloween

We had a nice Halloween! Brooklyn found this costume and had to have it. We tried to make her into a nice witch with the sparkly make-up, but she ended up just looking like a pink raccoon. She had a great time. Wore her costume all day. We went shopping at Walmart and a couple of little girls said she looked "Fancy". It was funny. She had a great time at the Halloween carnival and Trick or Treating. Davis was a Madison Bobcat Fan. Easy and free costume. Love that one.

Devan decided to be a cheerleader with his friend Cameron. They wore my old CHS uniforms. We got wigs and did their makeup. They looked pretty funny. I can't believe the uniforms fit them. I was little in high school. Wish I still were.

I wish little Sam could have been in the picture. He was napping and had spit up all over his pumpkin shirt.

Owwwwwwww

I told some of you this story, but thought I would put it on paper for you anyway. I was having a wonderful day. I was watching Shalaina's little girl, Ro. Brooklyn and Ro were playing noisily in Brooklyn's bedroom. I decided to dust the blinds in my bedroom. Sam was sleeping peacefully in his crib. I had laid him on his tummy to sleep and closed the door. So I was dusting along, when I heard my little Sam crying hysterically. I started to run into his room to see what was going on.... the picture that lay before my eyes filled me with horror. Brooklyn had climbed into Sam's crib and was bouncing on his back like he was a trampoline!!! I grabbed her out of his crib and began to run with her into her room to put her on her bed for the rest of her life. As I did this I proceeded to ram by foot into the door jam! Owwwwwww! Yes, that hurt. So I throw Brooklyn onto her bed and run back into little Sam. He was just lying there still. I panicked, but as I got closer I could see that he was just sound asleep! I scooped him up anyway and rocked him. I called Willy in hysterical tears telling him something about, I think I broke my foot and Brooklyn tried to kill Sam. I am sure you can imagine him running home with all sorts of visions in his head. Everyone is fine. Little Sam did not even have a mark and he loves Brooklyn all the more. I have an extremely broken toe and a really sore foot. I am on my way to Walmart to look for safety doorknobs to keep Brooklyn out of Sam's room. I hope we all survive this next year!

This is not a great picture... I am in need of a pedicure and when I hit my foot on the door jam, it ripped most of my toe nail polish off. The toe has straightened out by this time. I put a picture up only for my sis.

Pizza

We have found a new dinner that everyone loves! We have recently discovered that our favorite pizza parlor sales raw dough. We buy two raw dough ball for $2 each! We make one large pizza and then split the other dough ball so the kids can all make their own. We put whatever toppings we like on it and everyone has fun and cleans their plate. This is Devan's best friend Cameron, he was staying with us this day.Everyone making their own pizza.Little Brooklyn enjoying her very own pizza!
